This exhaustion is exactly what the As Seen On TV Scrubber promises to eliminate.
Marketed as a “game-changer” for household chores, this electric spin scrubber has dominated infomercials and social media feeds alike. But does it actually live up to the hype? In this As Seen On TV Scrubber Review 2026, we take a balanced look at what users really report, the technical specs, and whether this tool deserves a spot in your cleaning cupboard.
What Is the As Seen On TV Scrubber?
The As Seen On TV Scrubber (often marketed under names like the Hurricane Spin Scrubber or Turbo Scrub) is a cordless, rechargeable power brush designed to automate the manual labor of scrubbing.
The standard kit typically includes:
- The Main Handle: A motorized base containing the rechargeable battery.
- Extension Pole: A detachable rod that allows users to reach high ceilings or low floors without bending.
- Interchangeable Brush Heads: Usually a flat brush for large surfaces, a dome brush for curved areas (like sinks), and a pointed corner brush for grout lines.
While the packaging looks high-tech, the concept is simple: a high-torque motor spins the brush head at several hundred RPM (Rotations Per Minute), allowing the bristles to do the work that your elbow grease used to do.

The primary appeal of the product is its promise of “effortless cleaning.” According to the manufacturer, the As Seen On TV Scrubber is designed to:
- Blast Through Grime: Remove calcium, soap scum, and hard water stains with minimal pressure.
- Protect Your Body: The ergonomic extension handle is meant to prevent back strain and knee pain by allowing you to stand while cleaning the tub.
- Versatile Utility: With various speed settings and waterproof designs, it’s marketed for use on everything from stovetops to car wheels.
In theory, the device provides a consistent scrubbing motion that is faster and more repetitive than a human hand can achieve, making i Limited Time Promo: 70% Off Synoshi Pro! | Synoshi Pro t ideal for deep-cleaning projects.

- Battery Longevity: Many users report that while the initial charge lasts about 60–90 minutes, the battery’s overall lifespan can diminish over a year of frequent use.
- Waterproofing Limits: While the brush heads are waterproof, the entire unit is often only “water-resistant.” Submerging the handle or the charging port in a full bathtub can lead to permanent motor failure.
