Marketed heavily online for its ergonomic benefits, the product features:

- Support Wings: Side sections intended to support the face and neck for side sleepers.
- Breathable Cover: A removable, machine-washable outer layer designed for hygiene.

Design Claims & How It’s Supposed to Work
The core philosophy behind the Derila Ergo Pillow is “cervical alignment.” The brand claims that by using a fixed, contoured shape, the pillow prevents the head from tilting too far back or sinking too deep, which can lead to muscle strain.
How it Supports Different Positions:
- Back Sleepers: The central “cradle” is designed to hold the skull while the lower ridge supports the natural curve of the neck.
- Side Sleepers: The raised “butterfly wings” provide the extra loft needed to keep the neck straight and prevent the shoulder from being crushed under the body’s weight.
- Pressure Distribution: The memory foam is engineered to react to weight and heat, theoretically distributing pressure evenly across the surface rather than concentrating it on the ear or jaw.
