When researching the Derila Ergo customer service number and warranty 2026: scam or legit post-purchase support?, some common consumer concerns emerge. While many users enjoy the product, independent observations highlight a few “red flags” that buyers should be aware of:

• The “Opened Product” Policy: A frequent point of contention in 2026 reviews is the return policy. Many users report that the 30-day or 60-day satisfaction guarantees are only applicable to unopened products. Since you cannot test the comfort of a pillow without opening it, this can make returns difficult.

• Aggressive Upselling: During the checkout process, customers often encounter numerous “add-ons,” such as extra cooling covers or extended warranties. This can lead to a final price much higher than the initially advertised discount.

• Firmness Discrepancies: Because memory foam is sensitive to temperature and manufacturing batches, some users find the pillow significantly firmer or smaller than they expected based on promotional images.

User Experience & Real-World Feedback
