Design Claims & How It’s Supposed to Work
The philosophy behind the Derila Ergo Pillow centers on spinal alignment. When you sleep, your neck (the cervical spine) should ideally remain in a neutral position, following the natural curve of your body.
Ergonomic Support
The pillow features a central “crater” for the head and raised sides. Pressure Distribution
Memory foam is the material of choice here because of its ability to distribute weight evenly. By contouring to your specific shape, the Derila Ergo Pillow aims to reduce localized pressure points that often lead to tossing and turning.

- Firmness Mismatch: “One size fits all” is a myth in the sleep world. Depending on your shoulder width and mattress firmness, the height (loft) of the pillow may feel too high or too low.
