What Is the Hover Scrubber Omni Cordless Mop?
The Hover Scrubber Omni is a lightweight, cordless electric mop designed by Teko. Unlike a traditional mop that requires manual pushing and pulling, this device features dual rotating brush heads that spin at a high speed to lift dirt and grime from hard surfaces.
Marketed as a multi-surface tool, it typically comes with:
- An adjustable extension handle (reaching up to 49 inches).
- Multiple interchangeable pads (including chenille and microfiber).
- A rechargeable battery for untethered movement.
- Optional attachments for baseboards and grout cleaning.
The “hover” in the name refers to the way the counter-rotating heads create a self-propelling sensation, making the mop feel as if it is gliding across the floor with minimal effort from the user.

Independent Evidence & Red Flags

There are no independent third-party certifications (like HEPA or specialized sanitization ratings) for this device; it is strictly a mechanical scrubber.
Common Red Flags and Complaints:
- Battery Degradation: Some hover scrubber omni cordless mop reviews from long-term users mention that the battery life can diminish after several months of use.
- Charging Issues: A small percentage of users reported the device failing to recharge after the first few uses.
- Limited Deep Cleaning: While excellent for surface stains, it may lack the torque needed for “caked-on” industrial messes or very deep grout lines without significant pre-treatment.
- Build Quality: Some users have noted that the plastic construction feels “lightweight,” which can be a pro for maneuverability but a con for long-term durability.
