8. FAQ Section
Are ergonomic pillows worth it?
Whether an ergonomic travel pillow is worth the investment depends on your frequency of travel and your specific discomforts. For those who experience neck strain from upright sleeping, these specialized designs often provide more targeted support than standard retail pillows.
Do memory foam pillows really help with sleep comfort?
Memory foam can improve comfort by contouring to your specific shape, but in travel contexts, it can sometimes be too bulky. The Trtl uses a thin foam layer over a rigid frame to balance the need for softness with the necessity of structural support.
How long does it take to adjust to a new pillow?
Most travelers find they need one or two “practice” sessions at home or during the first hour of a flight to master the wrapping technique. Once the placement is dialed in, the adjustment period is generally short.
Are there downsides to cervical pillows?
