The Viper 15 floor scrubber operates using a simple mechanical system designed for durability and ease of use:
- Rotating Brush Head: A 15-inch circular brush or pad driver rotates at approximately 150 RPM to loosen surface debris.
- Power Source: Available in both a corded electric (AC) version for unlimited runtime and a battery (DC) version for cordless maneuverability.
- Interchangeable Heads: Users can switch between soft brushes for delicate floors and aggressive pads for stubborn grime.
- Integrated Squeegee: Located behind the brush, the curved squeegee collects water, which is then pulled into a recovery tank by a vacuum motor.

- Light-to-Moderate Dirt: Excellent. It removed daily foot traffic marks and surface spills in a single pass.
- Heavy Buildup: In our “Before and After” test on neglected kitchen grease, the machine required “double scrubbing” (running the brush without the vacuum on to let the chemicals dwell) to achieve a clean surface.
- Brush Dependency: Performance varies significantly based on the brush. A standard poly brush is great for general tile, but a grit brush was necessary for textured stone.
