- Struggles with Heavy Buildup: For floors with years of wax buildup or deep-set porous stains, the motor may lack the extreme weight/pressure needed for total restoration.
- Texture Sensitivity: Its effectiveness highly depends on the brush type; the nylon brushes are necessary for grout lines, while pads are strictly for flat surfaces.
Pros and Limitations
| Pros | Limitations |
|---|---|
| Saves Physical Effort: Significantly faster than manual mopping and buffing. | Power Limits: Too much downward pressure can slow the motor. |
| Lightweight Design: Easy to maneuver around furniture and carry between floors. | Cord Management: Being corded provides unlimited run-time but requires managing the cable. |
| Versatile Attachments: Includes everything needed for scrubbing and polishing in one box. | Edge Cleaning: The circular heads may struggle to reach the very tightest corners of a room. |
